Sablet Cottage
Sleeps 2. 1 Bedroom This is an air conditioned apartment set in the grounds of La Saugie, a 200 year old stone house, in the wine making village of Sablet in the heart of Provence. A perfect stay for a couple. The apartment is located in the large grounds (2 acres) of the owners who live metres away in their large house. You have access to the large swimming pool, which is shared with the owners. Upstairs there is a lovely airconditioned bedroom (queen bed) with an ensuite bathroom with 2 basins and WC. A most attractive fully equipped kitchen with eating area and lounge opening outside on to teh swimming pool area. Outdoor furniture, BBQ, Wifi. Not overlooked! There is a five minute walk to the centre of Sablet which has shops, markets and restaurants. There is a flexibility on start dates of rental depending on availabilities. Non smoking.

This apartment would only be just over 20 sq metres - that includes shower room, WC, double bed, Kitchen, table and chairs and a settee! But despite its size what it offers you is a huge experience. The apartment is about 50 metres from the sandy beach of Villefranche sur Mer, on the second level of an apartment building. From this apartment you have a spectacular view straight across and down the bay of Villefranche sur Mer - your view is water and boats of every size.

This one bedroom apartment gives you the ideal location to base your holidays from. From here you have superb access to the Riviera coastline, but also there are some breath-taking walks to be had around the coastline of Cap Ferrat and even the coastline heading to Nice. I can't think of anything nicer than staying here for a holiday!
