Perfection on the Riviera, by the Beach!

Enjoys a commanding position on the bay. Located on the waterfront quai of Villefranche, just at the entrance of the beach, it has a privileged position in Villefranche. It is south facing and receives sun all day long, winter and summer. It is a very bright and sunny apartment — so much so that you can wear your sunglasses all the time. The Old Town is just steps away so shops and restaurants are a very short walk away — less than 5 minutes. The beach is below you and one of the best places in the world to swim and when you don’t want to swim, the walk along the 800-meter long beach is stunning. From the main living space you feel as though you are on the bridge of a ship sailing through the bay. The bay is with you day and night — the sounds of the waves lapping the shores, the sun rising and setting from one side to the other of the bay, the changing color and texture of the sea, the coming and going of boats — you are aware of it always changing — it is magical and so beautiful. And at night the lovely old street lights cast their pretty glow on the village making it look mysterious and something out of an old movie and the street lights dance on the bay in a romantic and mesmerizing way. And for much of the year you are treated to firework displays from time to time for which you have a front row seat. It is hard to pull yourself away from the beauty. In fact, you won’t want to leave the apartment so we have tried to make it very comfortable to just hang out in.

There are two lovely bedrooms with queen double beds and ensuite bathrooms. The masterbedroom even opens on to the terrace, which is equipped with dining table and chairs (and umbrella!). You will spend most of your time on this terrace rather than your bedroom! There are also a couple of sun loungers on the terrace for you to really relax and enjoy. If this place is ever available when you are planning a trip you'd be silly not to stay here!

Villefranche sur Mer is only 7 km from Nice and to get there you have the choice of regular buses and trains. Monaco and Menton are only a short train ride away, and in the other direction Cannes is only 50 minutes on the train away.
