This large house is located in the small quiet village of Alles sur Dordogne, not far from Limeuil where the Vézère and Dordogne Rivers meet. This is an old house that has been completely renovated and refurbished retaining many of its original features but incorpoating all modern conveniences. In the village of Allès there are no shops - but there is a church!

This house is situated on about half an acre of land and is positioned on the site in order to fully take advantage of the view over the river. Spectacular location.

On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with fireplace and doors leading to the side garden and rear terrace. The furniture in the living room is not formal, with nice comfortable sofas. The dining area also has several sets of doors opening onto this terrace. From the dining area an archway leads through to the large well equipped kitchen, off which there is a laundry room and cloak room.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom and a further double bedroom, both very large, each have an ensuite shower room and both have views over the garden and river. The other two smaller bedrooms are twin bedded. There is also an independent shower room on this floor. On the upstairs level there are lovely exposed stonework.

The swimming pool (10m x 5m) is located between the house and terrace, and the rivers edge.
