Here is a beautiful provencal house in one of the loveliest villages in the Vaucluse.

The village of Caromb is wonderful, being so local. It is the central local hub for this corner of Vaucluse and has the quintessential Provence look that visitors searche for; plane trees around the village square with bars and restaurants sheltered by the same trees in the summer. It is ideally located only 5/10 minutes drive from the town of Carpentras, which itself is only about 35 minutes away from Avignon.

Being in Caromb you are well located for exploring the region. Places like Chateauneuf du Pape, Isle sur la Sorgue (antique market!), Gordes, Avignon etc. are only about 30 minutes away. You are especially close to the wines of Beaumes de Venise and the Rhone Valley wines of Gigondas and Vacqueyras.

This house in the village is only a few minutes walk to a number of bakeries, butcheries, supermarkets, restaurants etc.

The house is a three bedroom house with an attractive lounge which opens out to the terrace and its large courtyard garden complete with oleander, lavender, rosemary, and olive trees. From here, you overlook the swimming pool (3m x 7m) (fenced) to the lovely views across the nearby fields of cherry trees and beyond to the very impressive Mont Ventoux. This house is well furnished.

Ground floor : entrance hall, spacious living room with picture window giving access to the garden, kitchen (access to garden), dining and toilets.

First floor: double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and toilets, double bedroom with washroom and toilets.

Second floor: double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and toilets.

One bedroom has a queen sized double bed, and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. The bedrooms feature lovely quilts, antique tables, lamps and chests, and the bathrooms are beautifully tiled.

Furniture and fittings:
TV set with VCR, Stereo, dish-washer, microwave, drying machine, hairdryer, ironing facilities, books and magazines, use of telephone (with prepaid phone card available at Book shops etc.).

Cleaning included at the end of your stay, and extra cleaning services can be arranged for you during your stay if you require this. WIFI.
